Beautiful quality mohair throw with the addition of Merino wool which creates the structure of the throw, but you only feel the beautifully soft mohair fibres.
Mohair comes from the Angora goat, its fleece is shorn twice a year. It is known as 'noble fibre', as it has remarkable natural qualities and is a rare and valuable fibre that is in high demand.
Mohair is a hollow fibre that warms almost instantly when placed against the skin, it is breathable, naturally repels dirt and resists odours, and is flame retardant.

Origin & Sustainability
Made in Ireland. Mohair and Merino wool are ethically sourced.
Non-mulesed Merino: This wool is certified and independently audited as being shorn from sheep that have not been mulesed.
Sustainable – wool and mohair are natural and fully sustainable fibres from renewable sources. Wool is nature’s technical wonder fibre and has many inherent qualities that can't be reproduced by manmade fibres.
Mohair is a hollow fibre that warms almost instantly when placed against the skin, it is breathable, naturally repels dirt and resists odours, and is flame retardant.
Micro-climate control – natural fibres help to regulate your body temperature, actively keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer.
Anti-microbial – natural fibres are naturally anti-microbial due to the fibre protein composition and unique surface scale structure on which bacteria are unable to survive.
Natural flame resistance – wool is naturally flame-resistant and self-extinguishing and doesn't melt.
Dirt repellent – the antistatic nature of wool reduces the attraction of lint and dust and the microscopic surface scales prevent dirt from penetrating the fibre surface.
Asthma-friendly – dust mites are a key trigger for Asthma attacks, they cannot survive on wool or mohair making it a perfect choice for asthma sufferers.
